Isabgol is a widely praised Ayurvedic remedy for weight loss. It also assists with acidity, constipation and other digestive issues. Typical use is to mix one teaspoon of isabgol in 4 oz of warm whole milk (lactose-free can be substituted here) and drink that before going to bed or on an empty stomach, upon waking up.
